Hi everyone:

I want to do FACS analysis on tumors growing on mice now, I would like to check the distribution of diploid cells in tumor. It would be very appreciated if any one can give me some suggestions, espicially how could I make sigle cell suspension for later FACS analysis.

Thanks in advance!

I think people usually use collagenase to free individual cells from tissue.  It is a bit tricky but with some practice it seems to work.
