Hi All
i'm using antibodies for detection of fixed bacteria. After i've incubated the cells with the specific primary antibody (for overnight), and washing (with TBS), is it now possible to wait several days before incubation with the secondary (flourescent labelled ) antibody? If yes,  should i keep the samples in TBS during this time, or dry them? All my incubations are carried out on mluti-well microscope slides.
