Hi all,

I am trying to clone single-strand bacterial DNA fragment. The DNA fragments codeing a dehalogenase gene were captured by Dynal M-280 magnetic beads. So, it's not a double stranded DNA and can't go through the regular cloning steps.

Anyone konws any commerically available cloning kit for it?
