Hi eveybody!!
Has anyone use pET100 TOPO cloning kit (Invitrogen)?
I´m having all sort of problems with it although I´m following al the suggestions in their handbook: low number of colonies, no insert on the vector... Their tecnical support isn´t able to give me one answer to my questions.
I will apreciate if any of you can tell me anything (good or wrong) about the kit.
