Hello- I am having trouble finding a unique set of primers for the mouse apoB gene to use as a standard in real time qPCR.  If you could recommend a set or give sequence I would really appreciate it- THX

Can't help with your primers because we purchase these and I don't know their sequence. But, I have used an ApoB Elisa kit to look for knockdown post PCR and that has really helped in measuring ApoB levels and knockdown.
