primary clutured cells is very difficult to transfect or transduct in RNAi. anyone who had experience in such fields can give some suggestion about plasmid vectors and viral vectors?
1. which one is better for long RNA silence?
2.which one has a better transfection efficiency?
THANKS A LOT

NeoPhectin available from us works well in difficult to transform cell types such as endothelial cells and primary cells - more information at http://www.expresson...neophectin.html
