Hi all,

I am trying to extract protein from tumor tissues and then check protein expression by Western Blot, do you have good methods that can be used to extract protein from tissues and measure the concentration for the loading to the gel?

It depends on the type of your interested protein. is it a membrane protein, cytomatic protein or nuclear protein? you should use different lysis buffer to get the protein extraction.
