Hi,
From this web, I knew that we can use cloning cylinder to isolate cell clone, in the process cloning cylinder need to be attached to the plate by sterile grease. I check fisher or VWR, they provide many grease, but I could not find one that indicated for sterile or for isolation of cell clone. It is appreciated if you can give me some suggestion. Thank!

We simply use vasoline petroleum jelly (or something similar)
that has been autoclaved.

I have get the information from Fisher. They told me that I could use the Dow Cornign 976V silicone high vacuum grease, which could be autoclaved under stand condition.
