hello to every one,
i am working on DHPLC, any one can tell me that if we run heated (after making hetroduplexes) and Non-heated sample of the same individual, which have SNP , than what will be the peak profile of both sampls?

What do you mean with run heated? After PCR or during seperation of the heteroduplex while dHPLC?
