Hi folks,

Can anyone give me any pointers regarding the short term culture of primary human PBMC's from B-CLL patients, either immmediately after isolation using Ficoll or after being frozen in 10% DMSO/FCS? I am trying to use the cells for flow cytometric experiments but the majority of the cells seem to be dead after 24 hours in culture. Thanks for your help,
