I am interested in information regarding the various technnologiesused to investigate single nucleotide polymorphisms.  I workin a core facility, and I would like to facilitate this typeof molecular biology research by offering one of the methodsbeing used for this kind of investigation.

Citations, instrumentation manufacturers, etc. would be appreciated.  Anyone with knowledge of more than one method aresolicited for a comparative sentence or two.
