Hi, colleagues!
Did anyone of you ever work with or prepare ADP-sepharose columns?
I got a task from my supervisor to find protocols for ADP conjugation to sepharose gel, because it's quite expensive for our lab to buy ADP-sepharose columns all the time for large-scale HSP-70 protein purification.
I'd very appreciate if you'd help me somehow to fix the problem.
