I run TAIL-PCR (asymmetric PCR) and it contains 60 cycles. I tried different TAQ polymerases, but until now no one has worked.
I would thankful if you have any ideas that will work for sure.

You can add more taq polymerase after 40 cycles, and then continue cycling. It worked for me.
