Newbie to forum, looking for advice. Have a number of steroid RIAs in lab in which the antibodies have suddenly stopped working (curve values same as non-specific binding). Suspect unauthorised storage of fixed tissue samples in neutral buffered formalin in lab is the culprit. Any advice on how to test this/ clean lab???
