I am planning to start experiments with usage of non-enzymatic dissociation solution but I am not sure about the correct concentration of EDTA (it should be between 0,1-2%) and whether EDTA alone is sufficient. Does anyone have any usefull experiences with this.
By the way, same topic appeared 3years ago, but noone answered :-)
Thanks Tery
