Hi!!!!
I SAP (shrimp alkaline phosphatase) treated a DNA fragment and want to redo (phosphorylise?!) this. I want to blunt-end clone this fragment in a SAP treated vector (vector cut and then Klenow-Pol filled up).
Can anybody help me!!??!!??

Polynucleotide kinase (PNK) will add phosphate residues to dephosphorylated DNA ends. available from common suppliers like Roche or NEB.
