Hi,
i'm infecting skeletal muscle cells with an adenovirus that overexpresses a protein and with the antisense adenovirus for the same protein to proove its specificity
the problem is that this dual infection causes a massive overexpression of the protein of interest
Does anybody have a clue on the reason why this happens, i mean wich could be the cellular mechanism that leads to a massive overexpression of my protein when it should decrease compared to the cells that where only infected with the overexpressing adeno?
