Hello, I am trying to analyze Western blots using Scion Image (NIH Image). It has been several years since I've used this program and the problem I am having is that when I mark a lane, the temporary box that is created contains only that lane (i.e., I am unable to mark subsequent lanes because it does not allow me to make the box bigger). Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance. --Dave
