I obtained many total RNA from bacteria, but its OD260/OD280 ranged from 1.53 to 1.70, I am not sure whether i should go ahead with these RNA. anybody with the same experience can give me a hand on this situation.

Why not give it a go with a couple of samples? Also depends on what exactly you are planning to do with it, some techniques are more sensitive than others to contaminants and degradation.
