Hi,
I have been culturing cells with a compound that seems to increase cell death.
To see whether it might be doing this by increasing apoptosis i was going to treat cells with ZVAD-FMK after pre-incubation with my compound. Which method of apoptosis detection would be easiest and most precise to use? I don't want to use TUNEL assay as people in lab have had huge problems with it.
