I have a pretty simple idea for a scientific paper that has potentially widespread implications or at least substantial benefit for the poor and developing countries.

 

I'm new here so not sure of the best rout to take to find a partner or two who may be interested in joining me. i.e. do I post the paper proposal? on which thread? or something else.
