glands are often referred to as epithelial organs, and though common, its an incorrect description, blah blah, organs are defined as a collection of tissues that are integrated to carry out a certain function.....epithelial organs indicate that thay contain lots and lots and lots of epithelial cells. Exocrine organs are classified on their ducks (he he
) ...ducts. The two broadest categories of these are simple and compound. Simple = undivided. Compound= divided at least once.
