Do you mean simple and compound epithelial organs?
glands are often referred to as epithelial organs, and though common, its an incorrect description, blah blah, organs are defined as a collection of tissues that are integrated to carry out a certain function.....epithelial organs indicate that thay contain lots and lots and lots of epithelial cells.  Exocrine organs are classified on their ducks (he he  :P ) ...ducts.  The two broadest categories of these are simple and compound.  Simple = undivided.   Compound= divided at least once.
Does this help?
