Hi all,

I was wondering if there is any exonuclease that is able to digest nicked strands of dsDNA as well as single stranded DNA, so that when you for example have a plasmid with one nick at both strands the plasmid would be completly degraded by treatment with this exonuclease.

Most nucleases seem to either not start at nicks or not digest ssDNA. I would appreciate any feedback ;)

Thanks in advance!
