Dear All,

I have a list of piRNA (names and sequences), and I want to predict and obtain the gene targets of these molecules in human mRNA genes (pr at least on the 3' UTR) and to measure how strength or weak the binding is (e.g. through minimum free energy release).

Are there any R- Python script for that ? or online tool that can do that for all gene sequences ?

Thanks
