Hello,
I'm sorry if my english isn't good enough but here is my problem (I displaced the topic from General Lab Techniques) :
I struggle with an exercise (on attach files) about the order of laboratory results. The goal of this exercise is to restore the correct order of manipulations.
As you know, the spreading of the Covid prevents our professor to give us a good course, and I'm a bit lost with all these lab' terminologies.
All the results are noted with a letter of alphabet : G to Q.
There are some notations on each picture :
*G = fixed smear with coloration of Wirtz Conklin
*I = bacillus
*K= Hektoen agar
*L= Rabbit plasma
*M=coccus
*N= Slanetz/Bartley agar
*O= Coccus
*P= +Lys / - Lys
*Q = Witness transplanting
To me, it seems that :
*bubles on O/I are the presence of catalase.
*Wirtz Conklin colored the endospore
*API gallery would be the last manipulation.
But I'm completely lost with the meaning of the results and the order of these results.
Can you give me some help ?
Thank you very much !
