FOR R users :

I am trying to plot a network graph by igraph in R. I really want to show the edges between the nodes as areflection of the distance between nodes so that longer distances appeared as having longer edges compared to shorter distances. I have used this code,

vertex.color = "grey", vertex.size = 35,
vertex.label.dist = 0.5, edge.arrow.size = 0.1,
vertex.label.cex = 0.8, edge.label = M$All, edge.curved = 0.2)

My questios: 1. Are there any argument/function that could enable weighting the edges according to the column "All" in attached table ? 2. If not, Are there any other packages in R that one can use to do that ?

I knew about mDS, but I want to visualize this as a network structure.
