I am wondering if anyone has tried to modify DNA with the CpGenome or Methyl Easy kits and then work with the available primers for MSP from Panomics. Panomics is offering kits for 20 different genes with primers that match methylated and unmethylated target. Will this work? I am trying to save time in designing primers and want to know if someone used these primer kits.

Certainly it will save you some time using verified primers for MSP. Those primers should work fine with any DNA modification kit from different vendors.
