DNA RNA extraction from adipose tissue

I would like to extract DNA / RNA on the samples from adipose tissue. Anybody knows how to do it from this tissue? Thanks in advance!

try Qiagen lipid extraction, it works pretty well.

I have been using TriReagent (Molecular research centre) with the extra lipid extraction step, it seems to work pretty well so long as you don't have too much tissue:TriReagent.
