Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has any experience with anti-methylcytosine or anti-methylcytidine antibodies?  Do either of them also recognize methyldeoxycytidine?
Thanks!

Yes commercial antibodies are available against 5-mc.like santa cruz biotech.I think same antibody can also recognise methyldeoxycytidine since methyl group is antigenic determinant.
