Hi,
Does anybody know what the ROX dye concentration in the universal PCR mastermix from ABI?
I can't find it in their website...

The 1X TaqMan Buffer A formulation is available from ABI, but basically it is ABI PCR buffer plus ROX at 60 nM at 1X Concentration. Synthegen ROX is available as 5-(and 6-)carboxy-X-rhodamine or 6-)carboxy-X-rhodamine. At 60 nM, the signal is somewhat lower than ABI's signal, but this does not seem to be a problem. ROX is also available from Pierce Chemical or Invitrogen.
