What applications can you think of for ultra fast qPCR ?

I would love some input from you guys on this question:
Traditional qPCR can give results in about an hour to detect/quantify DNA or RNA from various sources (bacteria, viruses, human, etc). I'm interested to know how you would use a machine that could accomplish the task in less than 10 minutes and why it would be important to have results so quickly in your work. That is quite obvious in this time, no? :) For PCR based diagnostics for example. POCT.
