Hi teddy,
I am also working with siRNA. I don't know what is the best way to concentrate siRNAs which are too short to precipate with enthanol, but I do read from several companies product sheet that for long-term storage of siRNA, siRNA should be dried. So I think drying your siRNA under a vacuum is the proper way of concentrating siRNA without concern of losing it.
