Hi,

 

I just wanted to seek a clarification.

 

Genomic DNA from cells  and cell free DNA (from urine, plasma etc) are both double stranded. 

 

My understanding is no machine can distinguish cell free DNA from genomic DNA its only down to machine sensitivity. A Qubit is more sensitive vs a nano drop etc. Cell free DNA are fragmented and thus smaller in length?

 

am'I missing anything here?
