Important of Laboratory Flask in Science Laboratory:
Laboratory flasks are the vessels or a container mostly used in a Science laboratory or medical laboratory.
It is a glassware product that is made up of glass and comes in a number of shapes and sizes.
Laboratory flask is specified by the volume of liquids or chemicals they hold.
It is measured in metrics units such as milliliters(ml), or liter (l).
It is used for making solutions or for holding, collecting or measuring liquids, etc. 
It is mostly used for chemical reactions or other processes such as mixing, heating, cooling, boiling, etc.
Types of flasks:
There are many types of laboratory flasks which have different functions.
1. Round bottom flask. It is also known as RB flasks. It has a spherical bottom mostly used in the chemical or biology field.
2.Cassia flasks:
It is used for analysis of essential oil and aldehyde determination.
3.Schlenk flask:
It is a spherical flask having a ground glass opening and an outlet with a vacuum stopcock.
4. Conical flask:
It is also known as Erlenmeyer flask or a titration flask.
It has a flat bottom and a conical body and a cylindrical neck.
5. Volumetric flask:
It is also known as a measuring flask or a graduated flask.
It is used for precise dilutions and standard solutions.
It is made up of glass or plastics.
