Hi,

I would like to perform HRM analysis (on LC480 machine). I have already run PCR with buffer containing intercalating dye (dedicated for HRM analysis) on the regular PCR instrument. Can I use these PCR products, transfer them to LC480 and perform only HRM? If yes, do the PCR prosucts need to be kept in freezer between PCR and HRM (time between the two procedures is approx. 7 days)? How shall I set the melting analysis temperature /time profile on LC480?

Thank you very much for any comment and advice.

Paja
