Dear All,
who knows a table or a web-site, where I can find the frequency of cutting of recognition restr. enzymes?
For example, I know, that Sau 3A (GATC) cuts once every 256 base pairs , and BamH1 (GGATCC) cuts every 4 kb (about), but I would need all frequency of cutting of enzymes.....

Thanks.
B.
