Epoch Biolabs' GenCarrier-1 cell transfection reagent works in my hand on THP-1, U937 monocytes and Jurkat lymphocyte....
Some people also use DEAE/dextran method on THP-1 but with lower efficiency. Electroporation is not necessary for THP-1.
