Following preparation of samples inoculated with Salmonella for SEM imaging to examine the biofilm formation after defined time and condition on biotic surface (plant), how could we tell that the morphology observed in the micrograph is the one for Salmonella and not for Bacillus ( that could appear similar) or not??
