Has anybody seen that the free probe wich has no protein added runs slower on 4% gel than the reaction with protein.
i have my free probe control lane running much slower than the free probe from the binding reaction. if you have any idea as to how that can happen, the conditions( buffers etc) are exactly same in both except the protein.
