Does anyone have, or know where I can find, a good protocol for detecting anti-dsDNA antibodies in mouse serum?

Papers on lupus nephritis should give you protocols. I think the common test are the Farr Assay and someting called Crithidia lucilae indirect immunofluorescence test (CLIFT).
