Hello,

Former biotech product engineer here. Looking to design an improved thermocycler and looking for suggested improvements to existing technologies. If you do PCR and would be open to answering a few questions (11 total) it would be very helpful for us to learn from how they are used out in the field. Any other comments or rants you have about your experiences with thermocyclers and applications will be very informative as well!
