Hello,

- The library I am using has 3.5 million independent clones.
- I want to do a yeast two hybrid- library screening,
- How many transformants I need to cover my library?
- Some people say 3 times the number of independent clones of the library, is that correct? Why?

- What size should be the plates and how many clones per plate (20 000 clones/plate)?
