How long can you store Lysozyme 10mg/ml in water at -20C (pH 3.5)? Does it retain activity for 2 months?

if aliquoted and not undergone freeze/thaw cycles, then it may be okay. it would probably be better if stored in buffer.

 

you can assay the lysozyme to ensure that it is still usable.

 

you can find the assay here (worthington enzyme manual)
