Hi guys, I would like to share with you about our new tool called BioVinci, a package that really cuts down the time spent on data analysis and visualization.

It basically provides an interactive drag-n-drop UI to plot modern graphs and perform machine learning analyses (which often require coding). BioVinci runs well on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

Here's a couple of things that BioVinci can do really well (please check out the attached photos):

- 3D PCA, biplots, scree plots

- t-SNE, k-means clustering, hierarchical clustering heatmaps

- violin plots, box plots, etc.

- exporting scalable vector graphics

You can find more about it and get the package here: https://vinci.bioturing.com

I hope you'll find it helpful for your research!
