Hello, Ana - I use the Licor Odyssey imaging system and it works extremely well for Western Blots. It uses an infrared based system, which enables you to detect up to two different samples on the same blot, which will both be displayed in different colors on the scan (e.g. red and green). You can find antibody/IR-dye conjugates at many places such as www.probes.com.

Besides that, the software comes with a lot of helpful programs to facilitate analysis, including quantitation (based on fluorescence activity). The machine can even detect fluorescence off of plates, although I have not tried this myself.

You can check out the system features yourself at www.licor.com.
