Hello!

I am new in the miRNAs topic and I have a question about it ... can someone help me?

In my investigation I identified miRNAs that target Foxl2 at ovarian follicular activation time and found two miRNAs that have the same MRE and that belong to the same family. Besides I found a third miRNA that belong to other family and shares almost the same MRE as the other two (because the MRE starts from only one nucleotide before).

My questions are: What could means this?  All the same family miRNAs have the same MRE always?

Thank you so much!!
