Faint band and primer dimer in PCR

Hi everybody, can you explain my situation ? When i run electrophoresis after pcr, in 3 wells , only 2 of 3 present desired band and all 3 wells have primer-dimer. The primer- dimer is brighter than my desired band. Help me please !!!!!
