Who from you used Mung-Bean-Nuclease for polishing Restriction-Sites (In my case its a 3'overhang)

In our institute nobody seems ever to have used it..

yeah, mung bean nuclease works great most of the time, just keep to the manufacturers datasheet.
Only once I had no - read: absolutely no- DNA left after I forgot a MBN digest for over half a day...
