Hi
About to order a sodium bisulfite kit. I've never used one of these before and was wondering which kit to go for - I have narrowed it down the the MethylEasy kit and the Chemicon CpGENOME kit - which one would you vote for? My considerations are 1) efficiency - i don't want to loose much DNA as I don't have that much to start with, 2) price - as usual my work is on a tightish budget, 3) quality - which kit is actually the best in terms of bisulfite conversion?
Let me know what you all use!
Many thanks
Jon

I have been using CpGENOME kit (the first of its kind) for 3 years, but never used other kits.
Reliability: good
DNA recovery: good
Price:
$265, for 100 samples
There may be better or cheaper ones, just shop around.
BTW, I am not affiliated with chemicon.

Kits may be OK, but I use sodium hydrogen sulfite (SIGMA), HQ, and Wizard DNA Clean-up system (Promega) and they work quite well.
