Hi everyone,

I plan to synthesize about 5000 oligonucleotides on a chip and then use it as a template to prepare an array (100 pools/50 oligos each). The idea is to flank 50 oligos from one pool with a unique set of primers for amplification. The question is whether there is a common source of primer sequences for such purpose?
